With 22 years of experience in professional skincare, I have built my practice around a simple philosophy: healthy skin begins with knowledgeable care, thoughtful customization, and consistency. Throughout my career, I have continued to advance my education and hold multiple professional certifications in the treatment of pigmentation, acne, and aging skin, as well as specialized techniques including dermaplaning, chemical peels and HydroDiamond treatments. Continuing education allows me to stay current with evolving skincare technologies, ingredients, and treatment approaches so I can provide informed, individualized care for every client. My skincare studio was intentionally designed to offer more than a facial appointment. It is a private, calming environment where safety, comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service are always a priority. I want each visit to feel like an opportunity to care for your skin while also giving you time to slow down, reset, and enjoy the experience. Every client relationship begins with a detailed consultation. We will discuss your skin concerns, lifestyle, skincare goals, and current home-care regimen. I will then perform a thorough skin analysis to better understand what your skin needs at that time. From there, I will recommend a customized treatment plan and realistic home-care regimen designed to support your skin between professional treatments and help you work toward your individual goals. My approach is never one-size-fits-all. Whether your concerns include acne, pigmentation, signs of aging, dehydration, sensitivity, or simply maintaining healthy skin, my goal is to provide you with professional guidance, personalized treatments, and a skincare plan you can feel confident following. Cancellation Policy
This policy is designed to protect the practice's scheduling integrity while maintaining fairness for my valued clients. All clients must acknowledge and agree to these terms upon booking.
Advance Notice Requirements
• Standard Cancellations: Minimum 48 hours advance notice required
• Rescheduling: Must be completed within the advance notice period to avoid fees
Fee Structure
• 48+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee, full refund of deposit
• 24-48 Hours Notice: 25% cancellation fee applied
• Less than 24 Hours: 50% cancellation fee applied
• No-Show: 100% forfeiture of deposit, full service charges may apply
Deposit Requirements
• All appointments require a 25% non-refundable deposit at booking
• Deposits are applied toward final service cost when appointments are kept
• Credit card information must be kept on file for potential cancellation fees
Communication Methods
Cancellations must be made via phone call or text message during business hours. Emails are not acceptable for cancellation purposes and will not be honored for fee waiver consideration.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Processing fees may apply for certain payment types.
